AMA Accounting and Auditing is an accounting and business advisory firm based in Cairo, serving clients in Egypt and Saudi Arabia. The name AMA comes from the first names of our three founding partners — Ahmed, Mohamed and Amr — a reminder that the partners themselves stand behind every piece of work we deliver.

ACCA-qualified audit and assurance leader with more than 14 years of Big Four and multinational experience across Saudi Arabia and Egypt, including group finance leadership in industry.
Mohamed Essam
Founding Partner
ACCA Fellow and Certified Internal Auditor with more than 12 years across the UK, GCC and MENA, including Big Four banking and capital-markets experience in London, Doha and Cairo.
Amr Batran
Founding Partner
Audit and finance professional with more than 8 years across international network firms in Egypt and Saudi Arabia, including experience as CFO of an architecture and construction business.
