• assess whether and how we can assist, and prepare a proposal if you ask for one;

3. How enquiries are handled

Enquiry form submissions are delivered to us by Formspree, a third-party form-processing service, which transmits your message to our business email. Your submission is therefore processed on Formspree's infrastructure under its own privacy terms. Emails, calls and WhatsApp messages come to us directly through those channels and are subject to the terms of the relevant provider (for example, WhatsApp).

4. How long we keep information

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping, after which it is deleted. If your enquiry leads to an engagement, related information is retained in line with our engagement terms and professional record-keeping requirements.

5. Sharing with service providers

We share information only with the service providers needed to run this website and our communications — such as our form-processing provider (Formspree), website hosting (Cloudflare Pages) and email services — and only to the extent necessary. We do not share enquiry information with third parties for their own marketing.

6. Cross-border processing

Our service providers may process information on servers located outside Egypt or Saudi Arabia (for example, in the United States or the European Union). Where this happens, the information remains protected by the providers' security measures and applicable terms.

7. Security

This website is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiry correspondence is limited to the partners and personnel who need it, and we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please avoid sending confidential or commercially sensitive information through the enquiry form.
