Ahmed is an audit and assurance leader with more than 14 years of progressive Big Four and multinational experience across Saudi Arabia and Egypt. His background spans audit leadership on complex engagements — across manufacturing, construction, services, retail and media — together with group finance leadership as Group Finance Director within a multinational media group.
He has deep, hands-on experience in the IFRS matters that drive the most judgement: consolidations, revenue recognition, leases, impairment, expected credit losses, business combinations and related-party matters. He has supported board and audit-committee communications on key audit matters, and is a strong advocate of digital tools, data analytics and AI-enabled working methods that raise both quality and speed.

Mohamed Essam
Founding Partner
Mohamed is an ACCA Fellow and Certified Internal Auditor with more than 12 years of experience across the UK, the GCC and MENA, including Big Four roles in London, Doha and Cairo. His most recent experience centres on banking and capital markets: leading complex financial services audit delivery, quality-focused file reviews and senior stakeholder communications under demanding regulatory expectations.
His technical strengths include IFRS 9 expected credit losses, treasury, derivatives and hedge accounting, controls testing and internal control over financial reporting, and audit-committee reporting. He has led workstreams connected to IPOs and bond issuances, coached teams of up to ten auditors, and worked extensively with financial and audit data tools to interrogate large datasets and sharpen reporting. He combines strong knowledge of the UK, GCC and Egyptian professional environments with a practical, executive-level communication style.

Amr Batran
Founding Partner
Amr is an audit and finance professional with more than 8 years of experience across financial auditing, analysis and financial management in Egypt and Saudi Arabia. His career spans international network firms — including KPMG, RSM, Crowe and HLB — where he has led audit teams, supervised client portfolios and delivered audit findings and management letters across manufacturing, retail and contracting clients.
He also brings first-hand management experience as Chief Financial Officer of an architecture and construction firm, where he directed financial operations, planning, budgeting and investment analysis. He works fluently with IFRS and Egyptian Accounting Standards and with a wide range of finance and audit systems, including SAP, QuickBooks, Peachtree, and the Clara and CaseWare audit platforms.
